Tour Overview

Start your day with a warm welcome as we pick you up at 6:30 a.m. for a memorable journey along the breathtaking rivers of French Guiana. Our first stop is Stolkertsijver, where we enjoy a hearty breakfast and prepare for the adventure ahead. We then continue to Albina, where we board a traditional dugout canoe and begin our scenic river journey, surrounded by lush green landscapes.

Cultural Village Experience

Our first village visit is Bigiston, the first village where Indigenous people and Aucaners came together to live side by side. During a guided tour, you’ll gain insight into daily life, local traditions, and the warm hospitality of the community.

We then continue to Sipaliwini Mofu, a charming Aucaner village. Along the way, your guide shares fascinating stories about ancient traditions and artisanal skills passed down through generations.

The highlight of the day is Armina Falls. Here, we enjoy a delicious lunch and take time to swim in the crystal-clear river or relax by the water’s edge, surrounded by nature.

Return Journey

On the way back, we make a short stop in Apatou for a guided tour of this colorful riverside village. Afterward, we sail back to Albina and return by bus to Paramaribo. By late afternoon, we return to the city, ending a day filled with nature, culture, and unforgettable memories.
