In Granbori, the last Marron village, we receive a traditional blessing from the village captain, a deeply meaningful cultural moment.

We continue to:

  • Tutu Kampoe, the first Indigenous community

  • The impressive Punsula Rapids

By late afternoon, we arrive in Apetina, where villagers welcome us warmly and share stories of their daily life.
